Lee at Panside has been a great find … I have 5 condos here in PCB and he takes care of all of them all and what is so great is that Lee is a “TRUE “ AC mechanic and technician. He’s not a part replacer he diagnosis apart gets it fixed fair price shows up on time and I am truly happy that I finally found me a trustworthy air-conditioning company.

I’ve been using Pansies Heating & Air for a few years now, and I can’t recommend them enough. Lee is always quick to respond and quick to come out when I need him. He’s friendly, honest, and truly goes above and beyond. A few years ago, when my mom was still alive, he noticed a dusty ledge that was too high for me to reach and cleaned it without me even asking. It’s little things like that that show the kind of person he is. He’s also cleaned my air ducts and replaced my vents, and everything was done right the first time. I don’t trust many people to work on my home, but I trust Lee 2,000%. This spring I used Panside and they immediately found the leak and got me recharged. Honest trustworthy people who do a great job!
